• The working time of their staff will be around 9am to 5pm. They will call you when they are coming for delivery.
• Your parcel will be double wrapped nicely with hard paper box and invisible plastic cover. So nobody will know what is inside the parcel, even the delivery staff himself.

Delivery Time

After you order, usually delivery to your door around 3-5 days (Products not marked with 3-day delivery will take 10 to 14 days).

1. Customers Personal Information Protection:
All of our customers personal information will not be kept or share to other organization or companies.
The details of customers address, contact number, email address will not be using or checking again unless the customer submit another new order to us.

2. No Advertising Messages, Calls or Emails Disturbing:
We will never send disturbing Messages , calls or emails for advertisement.
Unless there is necessary service information such as parcel tracking, after sales service progress or new arravial items inform, which are special requsted by customers.

3. Discreet Delivery Service:
The delivery will be handled by a professional third party logistics company.
The working time of their staff will be around 9am to 5pm. They will call you when they are coming for delivery.

4. No Direct Transaction Records:
We only accept Paypal service.
No payment or money transfer history of your sex toys purchasement will be recorded by your bank at all.

If your product is not working properly,or you received the product which is not the same with the one you chose before. Please contact with us within 3-5 days after you receive the product. We will ask you to take one video of the faulty product from you, which is followed our request(we will send you a video as a sample, if you need). After the video has been checked and permitted by our factory, As long as the product is unopened and still in its original condition and packaging you can return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery from our store or date of receipt.

If you request a pickup service for the items to be returned or exchange, a charge of 100 AED will be applied.

Unopened Returns

Sex toys are very private product. We don't take back used toys. If you don't want it, you should not open our packing box And we will help for you as soon as possible.

1. Return Window: Customers have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

2. Defective Items: If an item is received defective due to manufacturing, delivery, or storage issues, the customer must provide photographic or video evidence of the defect. Our team will review the provided evidence, and if we confirm the defect, the item will be eligible for a return and full refund, if the customer does not ask for a replacement, UAE Sex Toys will cover the return shipping fees.

3. Misuse of Product: If the product is found to be defective due to misuse by the customer, the return will not be accepted, and the product will remain the responsibility of the customer.

4. Change of Mind: For customers who no longer want an item that has been unpacked, returns are accepted, provided the customer covers the return shipping fees. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

5. How to Initiate a Return: To start the return process, contact our customer service team via WhatsApp with your order number, photographic or video evidence of the defect if applicable, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the next steps based on the nature of your return.

6. Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Note: UAE Sex Toys reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases. The above policy is subject to change without prior notice.

Attention: Please open the parcel and check your items in a private place, only after receiving the product and payment. Because the delivery is handled by third party logistic company. Their staff do not know what they are delivering actually. Opening and checking right in front of them before they left will get both of you and us into trouble!
